Word on the Street
I was experiencing frustrating difficulties with my TV reception. When I turned on the TV, I would see a black screen, hear popping noises, and the sound would fade in and out. Connec quickly diagnosed the problem as an HDMI cable issue and performed a simple fix. The technicians were very personable, professional and efficient.

I commend Connec for the fabulous job that they did in the wiring and installation of 4 TV’s and a Sonos sound bar in my home. Unfortunately, a year later I had damage to my tv’s due to lightening… Edward, the owner, was extremely quick to respond and help me through the process of replacing and reinstalling the tv’s. His integrity in handling this situation was impressive and appreciated. I just cannot thank him enough! Edward is very thorough and goes out of his way to meet his clients’ needs. His installers were extremely neat, polite, trustworthy and did a stellar job. Not only did they install my tv’s but they took the time to set up my phone, computer… so that I could use them to listen to music through my Sonos sound bar. Additionally, they patiently showed me how to use all of my new “toys.” Their professionalism, pricing, timeliness, honesty, eagerness to serve their customers is beyond fabulous. From beginning to end, the work done by Connec was a smooth operation and a high quality job. No mess, no fuss…just good folks who are doing a great job. It is without reservation that I would recommend them!
